HOW TO USE THE SHOPPING CART:
Each item we sell has a "Add to Cart Button". After the item has been selected, you can go to your cart to update the quantity if more than one of these items is desired. Also, items can be deleted from the cart before processing.
We use the paypal secure system for processing all orders. You can set up a login/password with them so that your name, address, and credit card information will be used for all future orders will process more quickly. Your information is kept on a secure server and not provided to anyone.
If you do not want to set up an account...you can process a regular secure credit card order using only the left side of the screen. Your information will not be retained, and you will need to re-enter your credit card, address, and shipping information when you place future orders.
However, if you prefer not to use the internet for your credit card order, we do accept phone orders at 1-256-438-3037, M-F, 0900-1600 CST. You can also use the shopping cart to calculate your order, print the screen, and mail or email the order to us. Mail orders for Cash, Checks, Money Orders should be send to Shawkl Design Studios, 103 Gadsden Street, Piedmont, Alabama 36272. Credit card orders can be emailed or phoned.
SHIPPING: We ship orders out every business morning (except during vacation). So your order should ship next day unless there are questions regarding your order. We email any questions within 24 hours of your order, and ship next day when we have received your response.
We now ship anywhere that accepts United States Postal Service (USPS) packages!
WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES: Shipping is limited to actual postage cost. We have rates based on the cost of your order as an estimate. If our estimate is too low...we don't charge you more. If our estimate is too high...we refund you the difference.
OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES: Shipping is limited to the actual cost of postage, and is calculated seperate from your order cost. We do not charge a handling fee for packaging, processing, or restocking. We will email you when the postage amount is determined to verify shipment. Postage costs must be paid prior to the package release to the USPS system.
COMMUNICATION: We will email you once your order has been received and is being processed. We will send you an email once your order is shipped.
